The Lynn Davis Squad Room, the locker room of Middle Tennessee State University’s (MTSU) athletic team ‘Blue Raiders’ has undergone an extensive renovation scheme led by Tennessee-based TDK Construction.

The renovation work on the men's basketball locker room was started in early June 2010. Renovation includes a new player lounge, showers and restrooms.
The facility has also received some aesthetic improvements comprising hardwood floors throughout the locker room along with murals, high definition flat screen TV's, state-of-the-art Sonos Sound System and a new computer study area provided by monies appropriated by the Kermit Davis Sixth Man Club.
The Lynn Davis Squad Room features a theatre-style seating area for players to view game film, hear discussions from the coaching staff, and conduct other team functions. The facility is also equipped with a spacious, wooden locker for each player.
