The new facility will house an indoor stadium possessing a seat capacity of 2600. The stadium will feature a host of amenities such as basketball, volleyball, handball, table tennis, 10 badminton courts, squash courts, billiard - snooker tables, bowling alleys as well as health clubs.
The centre will further feature a a golf academy and a driving range. The current nine-hole golf course on the grounds of the centre is being transformed into an 18-hole course. A swimming pool measuring 200 square metre in width has already been built as part of the project. The new pool comprises a capacity to hold 300,000 litres and has several advanced facilities like an automatic filtering system along with a pair of shower rooms.
The golf academy is scheduled to open in September 2012 while the entire centre is scheduled for completion in late 2014.
