Chick-fil-A closes for renovation

Published: 09-Feb-2010

Chick-fil-A, a restaurant in West Walnut Avenue, US, is closed down for remodeling.

The restaurant will reopen in early March 2010 after extensive renovations. The renovated restaurant will have an updated decor, new tables and chairs, fresh tile, upgraded restrooms etc. But for Chick-fil-A aficionados, the restaurant inside Walnut Square Mall about four miles east will remain open.

The restaurant will host a customer appreciation day following the reopening. The Dalton restaurant renovation is part of the chain’s overall plans this year to improve 171 restaurants, including the full remodeling of 10 stand-alone and 35 mall locations, as well as expansion and improvement projects to more than 100 additional sites.
