Crab Manor designs themed rooms to honor famous hotels
Published: 11-Mar-2010
Crab Manor, a hotel in North Yorkshire, UK, has created rooms themed in honor of two of the world’s famous hotels as part of a GBP250,000 ($3, 73,375) investment.
Crab Manor has created the rooms in tribute to the six-star Burj Al Arab in Dubai and London’s Ritz Hotel. This move is part of a major refurbishment at Crab Manor, a boutique hotel which offers 14 rooms. Each room is inspired by some of the world’s greatest destination venues.
Four of the rooms in the grade II-Listed Georgian manor house have been refurbished. Further five rooms will also undergo similar upgrades in a second phase. The other areas covered in the renovation project at the hotel include manor’s lounge area, hallway, main staircase and landing area. They have already been refurbished and the dining area in its neighboring restaurant, the Crab and Lobster, has also been upgraded.
