Elysee Palace Hotel to be revamped as AC Hotel Nice

AC Hotels by Marriott is set to open its first hotel in Nice, France named AC Hotel Nice.
The hotel will be developed by carrying out an extensive facelift to the Elysee Palace Hotel in Nice consisting of 143 rooms. This facility will be rebranded as AC Hotel Nice following the makeover. The new hotel will house 143 guestrooms. All the guestrooms will sport a contemporary style featuring luxurious bedding, floors made of hardwood, and a mini-bar.
Another significant feature of the new facility includes its rooftop terrace. The terrace will sport an an outdoor swimming pool along with a restaurant which will allow panoramic glimpses of the surrounding city and the Mediterranean sea.
The new hotel is slated to open by early 2013.
