Hampton Inn Golden’s renovation nears completion

The $1.9 million renovation work at the Hampton Inn Golden in Colorado, US, is progressing and will be completed soon.
The renovation project started in November 2009. All 121 rooms at the hotel are fitted with new furniture including a large desk with outlets and task lighting, an ergonomic chair, microwave, refrigerator, a 37 inches flat screen TV, digital thermostat, and Hampton’s signature Cloud Nine Bedding.
The Hampton Inn Perfect Mix Lobby will feature two 40-inch flat panel TVs, a community table furnished with counter high stools, complimentary Internet access, and a breakfast area with the newly designed Hampton breakfast menu that includes a waffle station.
Gathering spaces throughout the hotel are also getting a new look. Complimentary Stay Connected Wi-Fi is being installed throughout the hotel. Renovation to the Business Center will include access to technology including complimentary use of a computer, printer, scanner and copier.
The Jump Start Fitness Room will have a new flat screen TVs installed on cardio machines. Core balance accessories are also added to the equipment inventory and a 40-inch flat screen TV is also added.
Other notable changes included in the addition of the 24-hour Hampton Inn Suite Shop offering snacks and sundry items, as well as a newly painted exterior and repaved parking surfaces.
