Heritage Realty Services renovates 3 Gannett Drive office building in New York

The 3 Gannett Drive, an office complex at the Gannett Office Park in White Plains, New York is undergoing a multi-million dollar capital improvement programme from New York-based real estate investment management firm Heritage Realty Services.

The main objective of the improvement programme is to transform 3 Gannett Drive into one of the top Class A office buildings in White Plains. The building constitutes one of three Class A buildings at Gannett Office Park. The building will b e enhanced to meet or exceed Energy Star ratings. The project will be overseen by Heritage Realty Services’ in-house design staff in conjunction with international engineering company Thornton Thomasetti.

The renewed office property will feature a new main entrance lobby and new parking area lobby fitted with canopy, pavers, lighting and landscaping; all-new common area and elevator, including full elevator cab replacements; new landscaping throughout; fully renovated touch-less common bathrooms; new and complete Energy Star roof replacement with a new reflective waterproofing membrane and penthouse reconstruction; modernised elevator cabs and banks; enhanced state-of the art CCTV security/access system; and new BMS and completely renovated/updated mechanical systems with new frequency drives.

Heritage Realty Services has invested in excess of $3 million to renovate and improve the three buildings – 2 Gannett Drive, 3 Gannett Drive and 4 Gannett Drive. All the office buildings feature new building signage along Westchester Avenue and monument signage for major tenants, vibrant landscaping, refreshed lobbies, new entry canopies, and updated bathrooms.
