The unique property created by Philippe Vaurs and Christophe Sauvage, who opened The Five hotel in Paris four years ago, is slated to be unveiled in June 2010.
Le Seven features 28 individually created rooms with levitating beds and bath and starlit skies. Rooms are created entirely of custom built furniture and designs. In addition to the 28 rooms, it hosts seven suites designed by seven designers. Each suite will exhibit individual themes such as 007, Alice in Wonderland, Marie Antoinette, Sublime, and Black Diamond.
The Black Diamond Suite is an entirely black suite featuring a blend of materials, a glimmer of diamonds and mirrors offering a feeling to the user that he/she resides in a diamond. The suite will feature massaging shower and black crystal diamond cut bathtub. Black carpet with lighting from below, gold satin linen and black crystal lights affixed on walls are other design features.
The Marie Antoinette suite features a large bed in padded white leather with pink glass shelves and a domed ceiling painted with a sky. A modern crystal chandelier will be hanging from the ceiling. A large padded bench in the lounge, with crystal in the bathroom and pink fiber optic lights are other features.
The Sublime Suite is dedicated to women, and features soft tones and all white shades. A large round bed is featured with little droplets of light coming down from the ceiling. The suite has a large corner tub in the bathroom and a boudoir.
The 007 Suite features a series of 007 gadgets and a masculine feel. An oversized TV with all the James Bond movies available will be featured. The overall design will offer a 60s-70s universe with a retro feel and look.
The Five Hotel is a designer boutique hotel with 24 personalized rooms from the inspiration of the Parisian architect Vincent Bastie, together with Marie-Paule Clout, hotel's decorator.
