Incentient launches interactive wine list

Incentient, the transaction services company, has announced the launch of SmartCellar, the newest product in its SmartTouch (S series of touch-screen) technology applications.
The wireless, handheld device weighing less than one pound, brings the restaurant's entire wine cellar to life at the patron's fingertips. By either the bottle or the glass, customers can easily search for their wine by price, grape, year, country, region, characteristics, appellation, etc.
SmartCellar makes wine selection easy enough for the novice, and detailed enough for even the most seasoned connoisseurs. The number of search options is limitless and the interface can be customized to meet the look and requirements of individual restaurants.
Debuting in Tony May's new SD26 restaurant in New York City, SmartCellar has been customized to fit with the décor and needs of SD26. Tony May, owner of SD26, was reported stating that at SD26, the electronic wine list will allow customers to intuitively navigate the expansive collection of more than 10,000 bottles.
Using Incentient's patent-pending SmartTouch technology, SmartCellar is completely multi-lingual and can be reproduced in up to 150 languages for restaurants that cater to an international crowd.
