Kier completes St Cuthbert’s Church refurbishment

British construction major Kier Group plc has completed the refurbishment of St Cuthbert’s Church in Peterlee, UK.

Designed to cater to the needs of the church goers, the refurbishment includes the fitting of new wall and floor tiling and addition of a new kitchen donated by Kier.

The refurbishment also includes painting of the kitchen areas of the church to give them a fresh new look. The new kitchen will be used by community groups and church goers to cater to church events.

It took one week to complete the refurbishment project.

The renovated church will promote social inclusion for local people by encouraging people to get out and about and meet new people.
