This is the restaurant operator’s third restaurant in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Tishman International Companies' facilities will include a Momento Plus four-star restaurant and a fast food outlet. These two restaurants will cover a wide area of 705 square meters inside the SAC, and will be established in the centre of the complex, close to the lake. They will be set up amidst serene surroundings that consist of an exotic green park, spacious open terraces and a parking lot.
The restaurants will be open to public in April 2013.
Sofia Airport Center (SAC), which is under the management of Tishman International Companies, has been awarded twice already during the 11th national "Building of the Year" contest, which is managed by the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development, in mid-December 2012.
The entire center boasts of a sprawling area of 180,000 square meters of Class A office space and 30,000 square meters of logistics and warehouse location apart from the state-of-the-art security and safety facilities. Strategic processes call for a premium-quality, 175-room hotel with leisure and official facilities, in addition to extra space for logistics.
