Starwood to open Sheraton Aktobe in Kazakhstan

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has signed an agreement with Akcept Contraction to open Sheraton Aktobe, the first internationally-branded hotel in Kazakhstan in 2014.

Situated in a prime central location in the city, Sheraton Aktobe will offer 177 rooms. All rooms will feature signature Sheraton experiences, including the luxurious all-white Sweet Sleeper beds, the Sheraton Club Lounge, the Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft and the Sheraton Fitness programmed by Core Performance.

The hotel will feature the signature Sheraton Shine Spa, an indoor swimming pool, an all-day dining venue, a signature restaurant and two bars. It will also offer extensive modern meeting and function spaces, including a ballroom for special events.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts plans to open more than 60 Sheraton hotels around the world in the next three years.
