Published: 10-Apr-2012

Trumark Commercial has completed a facelift of its property at 690 East Arques Avenue in Sunnyvale, California, US.

The project has been designed by Vitae Architecture and developed by Hollander Smith Construction. The facility encompasses two floors and features office/R&D space spanning 65,520 square feet. The exterior wood paneling of the structure has been substituted as part of the project. The building now also comprises an additional glass line which offers more natural light penetration. The lobby space in the building's first storey has undergone an expansion and opens to the second level. The main entrance of the facility is now made completely in glass.

The interior of the building has been equipped with tile, and carpet following the makeover. Both the interior and exterior portion have also received fresh coats of paint. The revamped facility features a new conference room, upgraded structural building details like handrails and mullions, along with nine- to 10 feet ceilings with clear heights up to 15 feet in both the stories of the building. The restrooms of the facility have been refurbished too.

The landscaping of the property has received an overhaul. In addition, the facility now features a new monument sign and parking space for 230 cars.
