Wildwood Lamps adds new lighting pieces to Discovery collection
Published: 04-Jan-2013
US-based lighting company Wildwood Lamps has added new designer lighting pieces to its Discovery collection which are inspired by everything from the world such as the ebb and flow of Caribbean waters to the hustle of a Moroccan marketplace.
The new introductions to the Discovery collection are made of materials such as euroceramic and art glass. Designed to create an exotic ambience, the new additions include the Crinkle Texture Bottle lamp, Water Jar lamp 1254, Bordered Urn lamp, Block Cut Crystal lamp, 300533 Art Glass vase and Contemporary Cocktail table.
Reminiscent of lapping Caribbean waves, the Crinkle Texture Bottle lamp is a mouth-blown art glass in cool blue. Designed to add texture to the base, the crinkled glass-like look creates a relaxing atmosphere in coastal-themed home.
Featuring an Iberian look, the Water Jar lamp features brass in hand-rubbed antique patina. Designed with a contemporary shape, the water jar lamp can add a touch of modernity to the décor of the home.
Inspired by the classic Greek art, the Bordered Urn lamp features a glazed white euroceramic base with a shade in an eye-catching blue Greek key motif, which gives a lighthearted feel to the lamp.
Featuring mouth-blown, hand cut art glass, the Block cut crystal lamp is available in shades of midnight and plum. Coupled with a polished nickel mount, it exudes the sultry feel of a spice market.
Designed with a big chisel cut, polished glass in soothing turquoise, the Art Glass vase creates an atmosphere of calm Santorini beaches.
Designed to add charm to the hallway, the Pierced Ball Pendant adds interesting detail to the often forgotten ceiling. Handmade and finished in old silver patina, it will elicit the feeling of walking through the Casablanca bazaar.
Created to bring historical detail to a living space, the design of the Contemporary Cocktail table is inspired by the Ming Dynasty. Available in gold, the Contemporary Cocktail table is designed with on-trend teal gloss paint over a heat formed composition, which provides a whimsical surprise to the underside of the table.
